Victory Securities has entered into a partnership with Virtual Seed Global (VSG) to develop regulated virtual asset fund products for investors.
In a statement released by Media OutReach Newswire, Victory Securities and VSG have signed a memorandum of understanding to create virtual asset fund products within a comprehensive compliance framework.
The collaboration aims to combine the expertise of both companies, with Victory Securities bringing compliance knowledge and VSG contributing data acquisition and industry research capabilities to meet the growing demand for virtual assets among investors.
“We have observed a rising trend in our clients’ interest in investing in various asset classes,” said Kennix Chan, Executive Director of Victory Securities. “As the virtual asset industry continues to evolve globally, we are actively partnering with reputable virtual asset firms like VSG to develop compliant products that enable our clients to capitalize on market opportunities,” Chan added.
The statement highlighted that the partnership between the two firms will allow them to complement each other and work together effectively in the financial technology sector to provide advanced financial services.
